Cattle Egrets & Hares

Still six Cattle Egrets at Marsh Farm, Sidlesham and also two Hares, 2500 Brent Geese and a large flock of Chaffinch. At Medmerry, 200 Brent Geese and two more Hares as well as the usual birds around the feeders. At Selsey Bill, a Fulmar went west.

Red-throated Divers

A big passage of Red-throated Divers was the highlight of today with 500+ past Selsey Bill by 10am. Elsewhere, there was again no sign of the Grey Partridges at Sidlesham and at East Head there were only 15 Sanderling of note. The Great White Egret remained at Drayton.

Ferruginous Duck

I love a duck me and the lovely Ferruginous Duck juvenile showed well after a while at Bedhampton today, as ever thanks for the help all present! Rubbish photo but hey it dives a lot what can I say!!
