A case of "birding around" for me today as nothing of note was found (or put out anyway!) until late in the day when a White Stork was found at Pulborough, wonder if it'll be there tomorrow...

So for a start it was off to Lidsey, no Common Crane but the Glossy Ibises showed well:

Then went for a more leisurely stroll than last time at Medmerry where Avocets:

Little Terns:

Wheatears:

and even a Hare all showed well:

There were also two Grey Seals in the surf at the rocks! Went and had another try for the local Bearded Tits and despite seeing a male zipping along the reedbeds no photos were possible, next time..
An hours seawatch at Climping later on was quiet with just a few Sandwich Terns, Common Terns and Dunlin moving.
