Well a day of frustration really: what was probably a hippolais or maybe a large sylvia warbler was near the hide at Church Norton but evaded further scrutiny and a Wood Warbler at Greenlease disappeared after a good showing to two observers. 😕
Yesterday, no sign of the Lapland Bunting which sadly joins the Hen Harrier and Red-rumped Swallow on this year’s impressive Peninsula dip-list!
